Pilates on the Beach - June 7 @ 8:30AM
Pilates For The People will lead a pilates class on the beach in celebration of our shared ocean. Ground your feet in the sand and set your inner intention to connect to protect our blue planet.
This is a free community event but space in the pilates class is limited and advance registration is required, including completion of the Release of Liability Agreement.
Pilates participants MUST:
be accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 18.
supply personal yoga mat and any desired accessories.
complete the Release of Liability Agreement (link below) - one form per individual participant.
Suggested to bring: sun protection (hat, glasses, long sleeve shirt, beach umbrella), reef-safe sunscreen; reusable water bottle, no single-use plastic, please!

*This activity is weather dependent. Forecasts will be monitored and the activity will be canceled if conditions are deemed not suitable.
